Is your Twitter Account worth $100,000?
@drew has been put up for sale by Drew Olanoff. He was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma back in May, and decided to auction off his Twitter presence in support of the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
US comedian Drew Carey has since bid a $100k charitable donation for the Twitter account – if he gains 100,000 followers by 9 November.
Obviously this is for a good cause, but does it open the door for potential abuse?
